1. REGISTER

Within 30 days of receiving your order, select the items you wish to return and choose the desired return method.

2. PACK

Pack your items and affix the return label to the package. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.

​

3. SEND

Bring your package to a post office within 3 business days of registration or have your package picked up by using the pickup service (depending on which return method you have chosen).

​

4. REFUND

Once our distribution center has received your return you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 10 working days.
