HOME DELIVERY:
Our products are delivered by POSTNL (NL, BE), Fedex (Europe) Or Fedex (Rest of the world).

The estimated delivery time will be between 1-2 working days, depending on the delivery address.

At the drop point of your choice within 3-5 working days. We will show you the available drop points at the time of purchase.
Remember to collect your order you will need to present your ID document. A written authorization and a photocopy of the buyer's ID document will need to be submitted at the drop point if the order is being collected on behalf of the buyer. Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

RETURNS

1. REGISTER

Within 30 days of receiving your order.

​

2. PACK

Pack your items and affix the return label to the package. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.

​

3. SEND

Bring your package to a post office within 3 business days of registration or have your package picked up by using the pickup service (depending on which return method you have chosen).

​

4. REFUND

Once our distribution center has received your return you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna, PayPal or Bank Account invoice within 10 working days

Clothing and Accessories (includes exchanges and refunds) –

​

  • Most clothing and accessories can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30-day days of being delivered to you.

    • All swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.

    • Backpacks and Lever Belts have a 60-day warranty and return/exchange window – starting from the delivery date.

    • Please be sure to read our Final Sale Policy before sending off your return to ensure your item isn't final sale.

  • All item(s) being returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions or they may be subject to denial –

      • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer

      • Items must not have excessive wrinkling

      • Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint

      • Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.

      • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

      • We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any socks or other undergarment pieces due to hygiene reasons.

      • If your product(s) arrived with tags, they must be attached and in their original packaging.

  • If your return is denied, we will notify you via email and your returned item(s) will be sent back to you. 

  • If you are returning your entire order or your order is 'Returning to Sender' and receive a refund, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
